The gut stuff tackles ibs

Thursday, April 26, 2018

Thursday 26 April
6:30pm – 9pm
Lumière London, 1-2 Silex Street, London, SE1 0DW

Here at The Gut Stuff  we hate that 1 in 5 of us, at some point in our lives, suffer from IBS and aren’t able to easily enjoy nights out and dinners with friends. So we thought we’d create a night where you can learn, eat and meet people in a relaxed, fun environment.

Powered by Symprove we’ll have an expert panel of doctors, scientists, nutritionists and dieticians and real life stories from brave IBS warriors bringing you information to help tackle your IBS.

First up Eve Klanik, Author of “Be Good to Your Gut”, renowned nutritional therapist and straight talking sass queen.

Our fave TV doctor Dr. Dawn Harper will be coming at the subject from a GP’s perspective and how we can best approach the topic when going to our doctor.

And finally Chloe Brotheridge who will be bringing the scoop on the links between anxiety and IBS.

We’ll also have Jo Coatsey and Emma from ‘She Can’t Eat That‘ bringing us real life IBS warrior stories and their solutions and tips.

Don’t worry it ain’t gonna be super clinical and stuffy, we’ll all be sitting on cosy sofas, eating canapés from High Mood Food (low FODMAP options) and sipping on some free gut friendly cocktails and glasses of Organic Wine Club wine.

True to The Gut Stuff brand, the night will focus on balance, with an evening of great food and learning that’s delicious, creative and fun. With canapés (including low FODMAP), beverages and all the nuggets of knowledge you can possible devour straight from the pros.

Please note this is an 18+ event. Identification may be required.
