product FAQs

No artificial preservatives, flavours or sweeteners are used in our bars or drinks. Any flavours we use are natural. For more information on the ingredients, please see the product page

All our bars and drinks are gluten-free and suitable for those with coeliac disease. Our bars are Gluten Free BRC certified.

Yes, all our high fibre bars and drinks are vegan. Our bars only contain plant-based ingredients and neither contain any animal products.

Our drinks do not contain nuts and our manufacturing facility is a completely nut free site. All our bars contain nuts. For more information on allergens and ingredients, please see the product page. Our bars may contain peanuts and other nuts. They may also contain the occasional fruit pip or nut shell.

No, our bars do not contain palm oil.

Our bars do not contain any added sugars, all sugars present (including free sugars) come from fruit. The amount of sugar in our high fibre bars are equal to the amount of sugar in a medium sized apple! For more information on sugar see here.

Containing 10g of fibre per drink and per bar, our products are designed as a quick and easy way to top up your daily fibre intake (30g of fibre per day is recommended for adults, SACN 2015) as part of a balanced diet. Due to the high fibre content, we’d recommend no more than one drink or bar per day. If you find you experience symptoms after consuming our products, start with a ¼ or ½ and build up slowly. If you have a condition requiring the management of your fibre intake, please consult with your medical professional.

Our bars and drinks have a 12 month from date of production shelf life. Our bars must be stored in a cool dry place. We recommend storing our drinks in the fridge for the best possible taste however, they do not need to be refrigerated. You’ll see the best before date on each bar underneath the seal and on each drink on the base of the can.

No, but we take care in the manufacturers we use and where our ingredients are sourced from.

Please see on each individual product page. You’ll also find this on the back of the bars and drinks.

Our bars do contain allergens. These can be found in bold on the back of the pack. For more information on allergens and ingredients, please see the product page. Our drinks don’t contain any allergens.

Our bars and drinks are designed to support adults (not children) reach their daily fibre of 30g per day as part of a balanced diet.

Both our bars and our drinks are manufactured in the UK

  • Bar wrapper (metalised OPP film): This can be recycled at many large supermarkets that offer soft plastics recycling collection points — just pop your clean, empty wrapper in with other flexible plastics.
  • SRP box (shelf-ready box) and outer case: Both are made from cardboard and are fully recyclable in your kerbside recycling at home. Please flatten them first to save space.
  • Aluminium cans: These are widely recyclable in your household recycling. Just give them a quick rinse before recycling.

Thank you for helping us keep packaging out of landfill and giving these materials another life!

You can find your local recycling centre here!
