🌤️ get morning light – it resets your rhythm. cloudy or not, get outside early
🛏️ stick to a routine – sleep and wake at similar times (yes, even weekends, my child alarm clock does that for me 🙃)
💪 move earlier – exercise helps sleep and digestion — just not right before bed
☕ cut caffeine by midday – it lingers and messes with your sleep
📱 put a stop to midnight doomscrolling – blue light = bad for melatonin. bye phone hello book (we’re old school what can we say)
🍷 skip the nightcap - alcohol disrupts sleep quality!
