a tooty fruity but not-too-sweet twist on traditional French toast (or eggy bread!) using sourdough.
frozen berries are a quick way to add variety and great for the winter months when berries tend to be out of season!

- milk (dairy, plant, nut or other milk)
- ground cinnamon
- lemon zest & juice
- sourdough (gluten free alternative also works!)
- frozen mixed berries
- water
- butter
- mixed seeds
- honey (optional)
- coconut flakes (optional)
- milk kefir yoghurt (or dairy free alterantive)
